  • For deposits in OXXO or bank transfer you must save the ticket as proof which will be requested to ratify your payment.

  • Cancellations must be at least 36 hours in advance before your activity, in these cases the refund will be 80% and will be applied in the next 48 hours.

NO SHOW POLICIES (the client did not show up the day and time)
